Her background as an NCAA Division I and II women’s soccer coach instilled a disciplined, client-advocacy mindset rooted in preparation and performance. Wes, a Pinellas County native, contributes a strategic lens shaped by Division I athletics and eight years in professional baseball scouting with the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, where evaluation, discernment, and long-term projection were paramount.
